How to freeze 1st column in Scorecard

Hi,

1)        I am using the scorecard to display list of countries in 1st column and related KPI in the next few columns. Since there are about 15 KPI (Columns).

i need to scroll it horizontally to view all the KPIs. Is there a way i can freeze the 1st column (Countries) so that i can scroll the other columns while the 1st column is static.  like we do in excel... Any ideas how we can achieve this

2)    I noted that when i apply alerts on the 2nd columns it does not work. see the 2nd screenshot.
