Hi All,
We have SAP Dashboards 4.1 SP1 in your environment. We are trying to create dashboards from the universe available already in SAP BI 4.1.
We have ITSM.unv universe. I converted the . unv universe into unx using IDT
I have created a simple query using the "Query Browser" option with only Incident ID and Status field with filter for Incident ID = 00001567865
This Incident ID is present in the database but the result set from the query is empty.
I tried different queries but everytime there is no data generated in the Dashboard.
Please let me know where I'm doing wrong.
