Webservices in Dashboard - Issue

Hi All,

I am developing a Dashboard using web services approach.

1. I have created a webi report and publishedit on BO server as web service.
2. Usings QAAWS connection I am mapping the url and the information with the xcel of the Dashboard.
3. I am able to pass the filter value from Dashboard to Webi and data is filtering only on the data what is there in webi.
4. I have created filter prompts in universe and adding the same in webi in filter panel, but my webservice is not refreshing by hitting DB it is only refershing on the data available in webi.
5. While creating and publishing as a web service I have the option to select the filters at two level , one is my prompts which and other on the objects which I used in the report.
6. Please let me know how to achieve this functionality of prompt values should refersh data from DB through web service.
7. Do I need schedule webi report ?
