Multiple selection screen on Dashboard

Hi All

I Have dashboard aging analysis report which is having three selections 1) Enter Material Equal to  2) Enter Cal year Month (start)  3) Enter Cal year

Mont (End). when i am selecting one material it is only selecting 1 material at a time on enter material type i want to enter multiple material selection at a

time how can i get that screen do i have to wright any logic to get that screen on query side . please give me some inputs
