QaaWS cache needs to be reset - via dashboard 4.1

Hello Experts,

I have a dashboard with 8 connections to query web services (based on BIWS WEBI blocks).

When I filter the dashboard by state and then city, notice that the filter values remain static for around 60secs and do not refresh when I try to run the dashboard again. I followed the below steps but did not work.

1. locate to: ${BOE Install Path}\Business
   Objects\Tomcat55\webapps\dswsbobje\WEB-INF\classes
2. Open dsws.properties
3. Find the property qaaws.cache_dpresult.optim=
   and set it to false.
4. Re-start tomcat.

Any help or inputs are appreciated.
