Slider functionality in Dashboard

Hi Friends,

I'm not understanding the functionality of the slider in the dash board (given link for the dash board). Here over all slider is linked with HCP-Plant slider. When I move the Over all slider HCP slider also moving. When I move the HCP slider only HCP slider is moving. I'm not getting how to set this. Please help me on this.

Another point is... When I move the over all slider the HCP slider is coming to the same point of the over all slider
