We have an Xcelsius Dashboard built on top of BIWS queries fetching data from a BICS based webi report. Due to the following SAP note 1938768, we had to use multiple webi reports to create separate BIWS on top of each webi report fetching data for the quadrants of the dashboard because creating multiple blocks on the same webi rpeort and reusing the same web service gave the following error when each web service was hit more than once.

Scenario:
BOBJ Environment: BI 4.1 SP4 Patch 4.
Dashboard Version: Same
Technique: BIWS on top of Webi reports built on BICS connection for Bex query.
Now that we have built separate copies of the webi report to fetch data for each of the blocks via separate web service, it works fine in BI launchpad.
But the same keeps running forever and the loading message doesn't disappear, queries don't execute/get stuck when the dashboard is run from ipad.
In this scenario at a time 7-8 small webi reports/BIWS (one with only 1 small block with 3-4 objects each) is executed. Other objects have been excluded from the webi reports.
What could be the issue here that makes the dashboard not run from ipad? Is there a limitation on the number of BIWS connections/webi reports that can be executed from ipad/mobile? Appreciate response on this.
