Xcelsius SSO for Ipad

Hi Everyone,

I have two clients. One client 1 is on SAP BI 4.1 SP 2 P 3 and another client 2 that is on BI 4.1 SP 4 P3. For client 1 the SSO works for ipad for SAP BI Mobile, but doesn't work for client 2. If client 2 did not directly install this SP 2 P 3, does it not carry in future patches? Is there any documentation that can help explain this.
