Dear Experts,
I'l facing some connection issues due to firewall rules on client side when working with Dashboard. I`m connecting the customer environment via VPN and each time I have an update on the firewall rules I need to trace ports used by SAP BusinessObjects Dashboard 4.1 Service Pack 3 I/O tasks. Due to security reasons I never receive the full change log or list of avaliable ports. This is a process of trial and error.
Having said that... can someone provide the full list of ports used by SAP BO Dashuboard in order to ask this activation at once? I'd like to consider all possible actions / context as my team provides general suppporting.
