In our BO/BI 4.0, we have 500 user licenses. The initial authentication is based on role based models. And we have maintained server setting to create BO user profile only after successful authentication, as such whenever a new user logs into the BO a user profile is created in BO.
Now when a user profile is deactivated in SAP System they are set to 'Delete' flag, so logically they are deactivated but physically their id remains in the system with the 'Delete' flag. Since we use role based, BO system do not detect the user deactivation in SAP system. As, such the user account remains intact in BO.
We want to sync the BO user profile only with the active users and get rid of the deactivated profile (which will remain in SAP system with 'Delete Flag').
So, how to achieve this scenario.
