Dashboard Designer Query browser throws RCIRAS0542 error..

Hi,

I am trying to use dashboard designer query browser to build some component with direct query binding but it throws the following error even before it could list the universes in the BI platform :

Request processing failed : Error try again

The number of simultaneous report jobs was limited to 80 by the system administrator.

Please try to reconnect later [ RCIRAS0542]

We are on BI 4 SP4 both at server and dashboard designer level.

We do have quite a few unx universes in the platform and we are able to use them in webi rich client as well.
