dashboards won't load

Hi,

I have a problem when I try to view the dashboards.

The dashboard get stucked in the initializing screen.

I restart the SIA and check all the servers in the CMC and everything looks fine.

I dont know if this is database issue or a problem in the BO platform.

Any advice??
