Please I need your help.
I'm working with Dashboards Xcelsius, I built some dashboards, I have published dashboards with excel source in Netweaver BW but my problem is when I want to publish the dashboards connected to BEx queries (Query browser) dont show the dashboard. When I log in in SAP_> Publish .. and after in the BOE user, I wait the visualization and the dashboard stays loading and don't show anything..
However, I can see the dashboard with BEx Queries in the “Preview”,I log in with the same user when I publish in SAP Netweaver.
What is the problem ? The autentification in the OLAP connection? Or something about the query?
How can I see a dashboard with Bex Query data and published in BW?
In adittion, I comment that I try many times to publish my dashboards and only once could see a dashboard with BW Bex Query published in BW after many attempts.
My steps:
I built the dashboard.
I create the OLAP connection (authentication Prompt)** I have a question if I need SSO for this case.
I mapped and insert in the spreadsheet excel the data and combine with dasboards components.
I publish the dashboard in menu SAP>Publish> Log in BW> Save the dashboard
When I want to see in Launch option , generate the swf, log in BW, log in BOE and don't show anything, stays loading..
