Dashboards cannot access external Data

Hi there,

I have a dashboard that consults a Webi report through a QAWS (query as a web service).

Sometimes, when I run the Dashboard I get the following error:

Cannt Access External Data

Database error: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData.

System error in program CL_RSR_CACHE_QUERY_CUBE_MEM and FORM_SET_RQTSS-01-. (IES10901)

I can this message up to 6 times evevytime I run the dashboard. But sometimes the dashboard runs without any error.

When I try to run the WebI report queried by the QAWS, it runs without any problem.

Can somebody help me?
