I am using a Bex query through add query in my dashboard. I am using query prompt selector to select the departments so when I select a department then in the below column chart I would be getting the corresponding major heads, when I select the major head in the next column chart I would be getting corresponding Sub major head and when I select Sub major head in the next chart I would be getting corresponding minor head. But when I select minor head it is not showing any data in the next column chart. So, I tried by using a spreadsheet instead of column chart when I bind the values in the design mode I am able to see the data but not in the preview mode. We even increased connection time out and cache in the dashboard servers.
