Doubt in Logic

List Box used the below Dynamic Value in the image file attached

But all the Components used the below Dynamic Visibility in the image file attached.

Rather it sud use B4 as cell in the component and Respective Keys....but used the below logic instead of B4 i.e.

The original value of B4 is Zero in the attached image below.

When i use B4 and respective keys in the Components the keys do not work, but wen i apply the logic =IF(B4=1,AE,99) the dynamic visibility works
