Request Processing Failed (XLS 000009)

I'm using BI Dashboards 4, BI Platform 4 and Oracle 10g , when I Add Query in the query browser,  after add nessesary dimesions then I press next at the step "Build Query",  then I got following error:

"请求处理失败。(XLS 000009)

请求处理失败。(XLS 000009) [] <com.businessobjects.dsl.commons.exception.NestedException: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver>"

I'm sure I have made the oracle driver configure correctly in the BI server and Client.

"请求处理失败" means "Request Processing Failed".
