"failed to connect the olap source" when opening Dashboard (Urgent comments are needed please)

Hi All,

                We are getting "Failed to connect the OLAP Source" error and Dashboard is not loading with Data. We are getting data from SAP BW and we are using Webi reports and Web-services to fetch data for Dashboard. There is no SSO between BW and BO.

We are on SAP BO 4.1 SP 4
