Dashboards Query Browser prompts return no data

Hi Experts,

I am using BEx Query as my data source. When I try to filter values through the Query Browser prompts (built in the Query option) I get no values back. I have tried passing both Values and Key but neither of them return a value. Interestingly I tried filtering on another field on which

seems to work well, but for some reason this field returns no values. I am not sure how to go about resolving this issues, any guidance is much appreciated.
