Help on upgrading BO Dashboard to SP4

Hi all,

I've purchased the BO Dashboard 4.1 recently and i was provided the installation and activation instructions for SP1. I need to update the version to SP4 but i am unable to register myself in the Market Place.

Is the Market Place the only place available to get the SP4 or is there any other alternatives to this?
