Hi all,I am new in SAP universe and need your expertise. While learning SAP BO reporting(dashboard) tools, I am facing a difficulty in the platform of SAP LUMIRA which needs to be solved.
I have installed the 64 bit version in my 64 bit-windows 8 laptop ,the Lumira is working fine but whenever I am exporting the saved file( .lums) to a different 32 bit machine with a 32 bit (or 64 bit m not sure) Lumira installed in it, the .lums file isn't working (they are asking me for client id,user name and pass word but instead of filling those they are showing "unable to connect" ) and the vice-versa (32 bit Lumira file not working in 64 bit version of Lumira).
So is there any solution for this,I mean is it because of the different OS or because of the different versions?
Please share some of your experience and make my day.
