Unable to access Dashboard in Ipad using Mobile BO App

Hello Friends,

I am unable to access Dashboard in I-pad for a specific user from BO repository which was published to access in Mobile , where I could access the same using Administrator .

Any Ideas on resolving this ?

Note : All the system versions are good enough , Because I can access it using Administrator Account.
