The use of combo box or filter when there are some blank cells in the source data range

Hi, my data is

Here my scenario,I'm going to place three combo boxes in order to get the data of revenue. For example, while choose Apr/West/jp I need to display the data of revenue in the waterfall chart. However when there is blank cell in a row, the chart can not display the data, fox example the last row, when I choose July/West/ , I want to display $260 in the chart. .

Is this avaliable. Can anyone please help.
