Dashboard Connection Query

Hello, I have a question. I have a dashboard which was working okay in QA environment. I published it to production and it now giving me errors like this:

Characteristic 00O8THF5HTUTY388WBYYS77UG cannot be applied to the COLUMNS since it is not available.

This is not through BICS connection. it is thorugh regular BW connections.

How can i know which characteristic is missing?
