I received a new computer recently, model Dell E6530 operating system XP, ever since my IT department pushed all of my software, I have not been able to get Dashboards to load/launch. I receive the following error: "Could Not Connect to Microsoft Excel. To prevent further data corruption, the program must close."
Has anyone else ever had this happen? Tried the help desk and they weren't able to identify the issue.
