Slider incremental movement Grayed out

Dear Dashboard experts:

I am using a slider with gauge. I want slider movement to be dependent on gauge as well as want to move it independently for that I have assigned gauge a value 100%(cell p1) and assigned slider a value (=100%*p1). Once I done this under slider properties slider incremental value grayed out and i can't use it independently although changing with gauge. But if I finish the = sign from slider incremental value then slider incremental value becomes operational but then my formula is not applicable i.e. gauge connection with slider is dis functional.

Kindly tell me how can I use my slider and gauge together and also move slider independently if gauge is stable.
