Could not connect to BI query

We have upgraded our dashboards from Xcelsius 2008 to BO 4.0. I have executed the dashboard and it displays fine but when I interpret with that data is not changing so I checked the BI connections created using SAP Netweaver BW connection it shows the following error while refreshing the data

and tried to create a new connection also, it shows error #2032. Can anyone help and guide me whether I am going in right way.
