I am testing BO4.0 Dashboards (ver 6.0.5.0) on a Windows 7 PC with Office 2010 and I can build a new dashboard with no problems.
But if I try to open a dashboard I have created previous on the same version of Dashboards but Win XP andOffice 2007 I continually get:
"The Action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activiate the program and correct the problem."
If I hit Retry it just keeps coming up whether Excel is open or closed.
If I hit Switch To it just shows me Excel if it is open or does nothing if it is closed.
Sometimes it can take 10-20 Retry's or sometimes there is no luck at all.
Any thoughts?
